Intelligent sensors placed all around the Eclipse Cross monitor your surroundings and provide active warnings to alert you of possible danger. Change lanes with confidence with the available Blind Spot Warning (BSW) and Lane Change Assist (LCA) systems that use radar sensors to detect vehicles in your blind spots. Stay on track with Lane Departure Warning (LDW) that alerts you if it detects your vehicle drifting from its lane. Other available active safety systems include Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA) which detects vehicles approaching from the side while you’re backing up, and Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM) system that uses laser radar and camera technology to determine if a collision is imminent.
