When it comes to technology the RVR boasts an intuitive standard 7" Smartphone Link Display Audio system supports Apple CarPlay® and lets you access Apple Music, Maps, make phone calls and send text messages through the large display screen or with your voice using Siri¹. It’s a smarter and safer way to use your iPhone inside the vehicle. The system also supports Android Auto™². Simply activate the voice control of the vehicle, and you can talk to Google and access all the most commonly used features on the Android platform, such as Google Maps and Google Play Music. Also, you’ll enjoy a wide choice of available conveniences including rain-sensing wipers, a panoramic glass roof and FAST-Key keyless entry with push-button start.

The 2019 RVR comes with a choice of two smooth, reliable and fuel-efficient powertrains for spirited performance and confident handling. In front-wheel drive (FWD) models and the RVR SE AWC, there’s a 2.0 L MIVEC I-4 Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) combination that delivers 148 HP and responds quickly to every command. And for truly effortless performance in the RVR SE Limited Edition AWC, SE Black Edition AWC and GT AWC models, Mitsubishi Motors engineers have paired a robust 2.4 L 168 HP MIVEC I-4 engine with a Sportronic® CVT equipped with manual-mode paddle shifters that add to your fun.

The 2019 RVR takes a thorough and systematic approach to collision protection and avoidance. With the combined grip of the available on-demand 4-Wheel Drive system, and the intelligence of its Traction Control Logic (TCL) and Anti-Lock Braking (ABS) systems, you’ll be able to manoeuvre the toughest driving conditions all-year round. Blind Spot Warning (BSW) with Lane Change Assist (LCA) work together to alert you when a vehicle is in or approaching your blind spot by sending warnings lights through the side mirrors. Plus, with available Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Auto High Beams (AHB) and Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM) with pedestrian detection, there’s no surprise the RVR can’t handle.
